Bonus Game Modes
First to 21
How to Play: Normal cornhole, but without cancellation scoring. The first team to score 21 points wins.
Twist: A quick version of classic cornhole
Battle of the Bags
How to Play: Each round, only the highest scoring throw from each team counts toward the round score. All other bags are ignored.
Twist: Encourages going for the hole on each throw
Three Strikes
How to Play: Each team gets three "strikes". A round with 0 net points costs one strike. Three strikes and you're out.
Twist: Raises the stakes in each round
Sudden Death
How to Play: Once a team reaches 20+, the next round is sudden death: the highest net score wins immediately.
Twist: Raises the stakes in the final round
21 or Bust
How to Play: Play to exactly 21 points - go over and reset to 15.
Twist: A twist on standard cornhole that rewards strategy
Around the World
How to Play: Throw from 4 marked spots (left, center, right, back). Land at least one bag on the board from each position to win. Keep playing in the event of a tie.
Twist: A cornhole version of the classic basketball game
Knockout
How to Play: Everyone throws one bag per round. The bag closest to the hole survives - the others are eliminated. The last player standing wins.
Twist: A quick version that can also accommodate additional players
HORSE (Trick Shots)
How to Play: Like basketball HORSE. Each player invents a creative shot. If they make it, others must duplicate it, or earn a letter. Decide beforehand if "making it" means the bag landing on the board or in the hole. Last person to spell HORSE wins.
Twist: A fun, easily recognized version great for parties
Rapid Fire
How to Play: Short-distance setup (15-20 ft). Each player/team throws 4 bags as fast as possible. First to land 3 bags on the board wins the round. Play to 21 or whatever score you decide.
Twist: A frenetic version of classic cornhole
King of the Hill
How to Play: 3+ players. After each round, the lowest scorer is eliminated. Continue until one player remains - the King.
Twist: Fast variation that easily accommodates additional players
